Carl is a long-time resident of the Village of Lake Orion, MI, having lived there since 1987. In addition to his professional services, Carl currently serves as a member of the Lake Orion Village Council, Board of NOTA and the Orion Township Cable Commission.  Previously he served as a community leader fulfilling the responsibilities of President of the Village Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Oxford-Orion Boys and Girls Club and the Lake Orion Fireworks Association. His dedication to the community is evident in everything that he does.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, he has specialized in selling land to developers, representing business and building owners who are ready to divest themselves of their properties. In his representation of landowners, he thoroughly investigates the zoning and availability of utilities to a particular property to ensure that they are appropriately marketed to developers or builders. His expertise allows him to effectively review financial documentation in order to determine if the desired price is in line with the actual value of the property.

Carl has attended Law School and has a degree in Accounting which, along with his vast experience, has allowed him to be a very successful and respected Commercial Real Estate Broker.
